Shipping Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days and cannot be canceled after checkout. If you chose the wrong size by mistake, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to get it updated if the right size is available. Orders take 3-6 business days from the shipment date to be delivered. Processing and shipping times do not include weekends and holidays, which may delay your order. Other variables out of our control, including inclement weather, may have an impact on shipping times.

You will receive an email containing shipping and tracking information once your order has shipped. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk or spam folders. If you cannot locate the email, please contact us at info@boutiqueshel.com.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping within the U.S. is free for purchases over $75.00, based on your discounted subtotal not including tax. Otherwise, you will pay $5.99 for standard shipping.

Topeka/Berryton/Tecumseh Local Delivery (up to 15 miles)

We offer free local Topeka deliver if the order is $50+. If you don't meet the min. a $3.99 fee is added.

Pick-Up (By Lake Shawnee)

If you need your items sooner and would like to pick-up in Berryton, please contact info@boutiqueshel.com or reach out on Facebook.

Lost Packages

Boutique Shel is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and products marked as delivered by the Post Office. We are happy to provide any necessary information needed during the inquiry process.

If your tracking information is marked as delivered, but you have not received your package, we recommend filing an inquiry or contacting USPS directly at 1-800-275-8777.
