Return Policy

We know when ordering online it doesn't always go as planned. We will offer store credit if you are unhappy with your purchase, but please make sure to read the rules and procedures first.

  • We must receive any item(s) being returned within 21 days of order shipped to you with all tags attached, and this return will be eligible for store credit in the form of a gift card sent via email.
  • Returned items must remain unworn, unwashed, be free of scent, makeup/deodorant stains, and pet hair.
  • If you purchase an item with a discount of 20% or more off the normal price the item is final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Please allow 3-4 business days to process your return as a gift card once we have received it.
  • Any original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number.

Non-Returnable Items

  • All accessories (hats, jewelry, sunglasses)
  • All masks
  • All intimates
  • All final sale items (discounted 20% or more)

Exchange Policy

Due to our limited quantities, exchanges will be made after the items are returned. The buyer is responsible for shipping. Once received, if the item is still available in the new size you would like, we will ship it out right away! If the item is sold out and unable to restock, you will receive STORE CREDIT in the form of a gift card via email.
